This book was written to educate the people in the 50 states who signed up as Grand Jurors in support of The Restore America Plan in February and March of the year 2010.
The sample documents included in the book are ‘working copies’ and have been used in actual cases, ready for you to customize it to fit your case situation. Be sure to understand the concept and intent of the document. Be sure your 'finished' documents appear professional as this is the important work of the Grand Jury Foreman/Clerk.
Jurors and Juries (i.e. common law Grand Jury) procedures in each of the states were found to be obsolete (abolished) in 1945 when each state adopted the federal rules of evidence and the federal rules of civil procedure statutes created by the BAR ASSOCIATION. You will have to go to your local law library and find those procedures adopted by your state before 1945. You may find these procedures in the penal code or general laws.
If you are in an emergency situation you may want to use the rules and procedures within this manual.
The Intent of this information is to lead a person step by step through the process of filing a citizen’s complaint and enforcement of the Grand Jury indictment for presentment. You should first know that previous to March 29, 2010 the Grand Jury as it is chosen by the present system is not a common law Grand Jury and is manipulated and controlled by the functionaries of the attorney's BAR (B.A.R. means British Accreditation Registration) ASSOCIATION (evidence attached). Since this condition is unlawful and obstructs justice we have the reason of necessity for forming our people’s Common Law Grand Juries, as there is no other way to bring members of the BAR to justice. You should know that it is your right to bring a complaint before a Grand Jury and seek justice by criminal indictment.
In the Appendix you will find a sample citizen's complaint and other forms used by the Grand Jury. You will find information showing how the Grand Jury is selected, how the Grand Jury is controlled, an article taken from the "Justice Times" telling about the corruption of our nation's Grand Juries, and finally the answer which demonstrates the results of such complaints.
